Makeup Routine for Work

I recently started a new job, and while I was doing my makeup for my first day, I realized that I have a completely different work routine than my day-to-day routine. I need my makeup to be subtle, yet full coverage, and last all day for work. Therefore, here is my current makeup routine for work:
Highlights: Very full coverage and lasts all-day
Usage: I use this product as my first step in my routine to spot conceal any breakouts I am experiencing
Highlights: Medium coverage and brightening
Usage: Normally I apply this product with my hands first and then blend it in with a beauty blender
Highlights: Creamy and brightening
Usage: I use this product for my under eyes, around my nose and chin, and the middle of my forehead

Highlights: Blurs my skin and makes my makeup look flawless
Usage: I use either a puff or a powder brush and apply this all over my face, focusing on my under eyes and chin area

Usage: I use a large powder brush and apply this product to underneath my cheekbones and the outside of my forehead area

Usage: With an angled powder brush, I apply this to the tops of my cheekbones

Usage: I normally apply two coats and I never forget to use an eyelash curler
