Rating My Current Everyday Makeup Routine

My everyday makeup routine always consists of staple products that I trust through and through, and new products that I’m giving a try. In this blog, I’m going to go through every step of my current everyday makeup routine and rate each product. Hopefully this helps you curate your next makeup routine to make you feel your most confident! So here’s everything I use in order of how I use them:
1 = NOT a fan
5 = Average, nothing special
10 = LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
Rating: 7/10
Surprisingly, I have a love-hate relationship with this product. Most of the time, I love the way it tans my face and adds a great glow. However, sometimes I feel like it looks like I rubbed dirt on my face, especially because it is difficult to blend around my jaw area. Overall, I love the way it looks underneath makeup and thoroughly blended, but I don’t like to use it alone on my face.

This is a newer product that I’ve added to my makeup routine. So far, I love the natural and blurred look it gives to my skin. I definitely want to add that it is LIGHT coverage, so better for everyday makeup looks.

LOVE this concealer. It’s full coverage, blends incredibly well, and brightens up my skin. On top of that, it lasts all day!

This product will likely never leave my everyday makeup rotation ever again. It blends SO WELL, leaving me with a natural, yet completely concealed look.

This is another new product that has joined my makeup routine. While I’m not completely sure if it will be the last bronzer I ever want to try, I do enjoy using it. Sometimes I find it looks slightly patchy on my cheeks. However, with the right brush and the right amount of blending, this is a great bronzer.

The Nars blushes have always been reliable products in my makeup routines. They last forever, they are perfectly pigmented, and they leave you with the most beautiful flushed look. If you’re looking to treat yourself with a nice new blush, I recommend any of the Nars blushes.

This is a great setting powder that I have been using for years. After I apply it, my makeup looks blurred and perfectly blended, not to mention that it helps my makeup last much much longer.

While I do love the way that this product keeps my brows in place, I have noticed that by the end of the day, my eyebrows can have that crusty film from the gel. It definitely does the job but I will be trying out some new brow gels soon.
Rating: 10/10, best mascara ever
There’s really no need to try any other mascara than the Maybelline sky-high mascara. Seriously. I’ve tried countless mascaras and I always come back to this one. Spare yourself the time and trust me on this one.
