I talk a lot about my favorite products on my blog. So today I decided to switch things up and talk about my not-so-favorite products. In this blog, I’m focusing on skincare products that I’ve tried recently and will not be repurchasing. These are just my personal opinions, and since everyone has different skin concerns, these products could easily work for others even though they didn’t work for me. Additionally, this is no hate towards any of these brands, in fact, they are still some of my all-time favorite brands. That being said, here is my list of skincare products that I am not a fan of:

Tower 28 Daily Barrier Recovery Cream
Why: There is nothing wrong with this product, I'm just not obsessed with it. It didn't transform my skin or leave it feeling extra-hydrated, so instead I've been gravitating toward my other moisturizers that truly quench my dry skin.

Caudalie Vinoclean Makeup-Removing Cleansing Oil
Why: Compared to my favorite cleansing oils and cleansing balms, this one didn't leave my skin feeling as clean and makeup-free as I wanted. I didn't feel like it was very productive at removing my mascara either.

Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer
Why: I started using this moisturizer when I wanted to implement an ultra-simple skincare routine. However, this moisturizer was not hydrating enough for my dry skin and I even thought it was clogging my pores.

First Aid Beauty Whole Body Deodorant
Why: I was looking forward to this product because I've been on the hunt for a clean deodorant that works. Unfortunately, this one did not work well enough for me to switch to aluminum-free deodorant. It did not prevent my under arm sweat or odor at all. Therefore, I'm sticking to my reliable Secret deodorant for now.

Necessaire Body Wash + Body Lotion

Osea Body Oil
